Her career spans large-scale association events, a digital exhibiting program that generated over $500,000 in its first year, and leading major productions on Tony Robbins' global event team, including Date with Destiny, Business Mastery, Life Mastery, and a hybrid RPM Experience for more than 8,000 participants worldwide. Faith blends business savvy with heart-centered leadership, creating white-glove experiences that bring people together and make every guest feel valued.

Sara is a business growth strategist, sales leader, coach, and operations consultant with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations create extraordinary results, including over 20 years supporting organizations connected to the work of Tony Robbins. She brings a unique blend of business strategy, human behavior, leadership development, and performance coaching to every engagement. A devoted mother, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of personal growth, Sara believes success should create freedom, meaningful experiences, and lasting memories.

Margaret "Chili" Irving
Margaret, known as "Chili" since her competitive powerlifting days, brings 71 years of hard-earned wisdom and humble power to the foundation. She served as one of Tony Robbins' Event Managers, including a 10-year stint managing Life & Wealth Mastery in Fiji, and has contributed creative content for Tony for over 30 years. She currently supports Eric and Marina Worre as a Community Manager and creative content writer, and is a retired District Manager for AAA Auto Club. Chili holds a degree in English from UC Berkeley and is mission-driven to help others, honored to serve alongside her cherished friend of 35 years, Loren Lahav.
